How do I set a price for a task?
When you post a task, you suggest a rate based on the time and effort required. Providers in your area will see this rate. If it's too low, it might take longer to find someone; if it's fair, it will be claimed quickly.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. When you select a provider, your payment is held securely in escrow. It is only released to the provider after you confirm the task has been completed satisfactorily.
How do ratings work?
After a task is finished, both the poster and the provider rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. This mutual rating system ensures quality, builds trust, and helps everyone make informed decisions for future tasks.
What if a task isn't completed?
If a provider fails to complete a task or doesn't meet the agreed-upon requirements, you can dispute the completion. The funds held in escrow will be returned to you after a quick review.
Can I choose who completes my task?
Absolutely. When you post a task, nearby providers will apply. You can review their profiles, check their past ratings, and select the person you feel is most suitable for the job.
How quickly do I get paid as a provider?
Once the task poster confirms the job is done, the funds are instantly released from escrow to your TaskRun wallet. You can cash out to your bank account at any time.
